Strategic Plan
We are excited to introduce you to Floreat, SMUS's strategic plan for 2020-2030.
The Floreat strategic plan recognizes the importance of our history, and confidently celebrates who we are and what makes us great, while recognizing that being a leader also means not becoming complacent. As we celebrate our Jubilee Year in 2021 and beyond to the end of the decade, the school is ideally poised to begin fresh growth.

Campus Master Plan
From Floreat, the school identified several facilities projects that would be required to realize the vision of Floreat and hand over the school in 2030 fit for the purpose of future generations. The St. Michaels University School Richmond Road Campus Master Plan outlines a vision, guiding principles, and direction for future development of the Richmond Road campus.
The Plan was unanimously approved by our Board of Governors on December 10, 2020. It is an exciting vision, ambitious yet achievable, focused around restoring some of our best heritage buildings, giving several areas of the school a once-in-a-generation improvement, and excitingly embracing the future of artificial intelligence, robotics and other areas of the fast-moving technology sector with a new STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) Centre.
